COACHING OPTION 3 – Customized plan
Your church or ministry situation may need more intensive involvement. For this option, we work together to form a plan that will best fit your particular ministry need.
In addition to the personal evaluation discussed in the prior options, this option may involve one or more of the following “organizational evaluations”:
**Evaluating church/ministry structure, personnel, goals, strategy to move the church or organization into a position to remove blockages and produce vibrant fruitfulness!
**Refining organizational chart
**Reevaluating staff job descriptions
**Review budget and/or financial priorities and spending
