History
Tom Ruotolo, founder of Power and Love, has now started City Quake! The vision of City Quake is to come alongside the pastors and leaders in a region and equip the Christians to grow in a lifestyle of love and power so that this amazing “good news” of Jesus will penetrate the hearts of the lost!
City Quake will host 3 ½ day activation events in a region (much like a Power and Love) and then build on what the Holy Spirit does through a 8 week campaign called Aftershock involving churches and ministries in the area so that this new, “overflowing in the Holy Spirit” lifestyle becomes the new normal in an increasing number Christians in the city!
Mission
City Quake works with Pastors and those passionate about sharing Jesus to transform entire congregations into active-duty soldiers of Jesus Christ. Through simple steps of obedience, the average Christian will walk every day in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. We want even the most hardened non-Christian to encounter the presence of God and realize Jesus loves them and desires a relationship with them.

What is AftersHOCK?
Aftershock is an 8-week campaign that follows a City Quake event. It is “equipping/outreach services” hosted by the area churches in a region. Aftershock is always open to ANYONE who wants to attend, not just those who attended the City Quake event. It seeks to help the average Christian walk in a lifestyle of love and power every day of their life!
ACTIVATION TEAMS
Activation Teams are your daily dose of encouragement! Listen to testimonies from others in your region on how God is touching lives "outside of church meetings." AND, you can leave some testimonies of your own!
These testimony groups are set up by region so feel free to join yours today! Once you get the hang of the group you can start posting your own testimonies and be an encouragement to others as well.

Chris Overstreet

Chris is the founder of Compassion To Action and has served at Bethel church for over 14 years, training and equipping thousands of BSSM students in Power Evangelism. Chris has the vision to help raise up evangelists across America and to rally the body of Christ around the Cross to reach cities all across America for Jesus. Chris is married to his wife Stefanie and has a daughter name, Brielle Shalom.
Dan Mohler
Founder of Neck Ministries
Dan Mohler is one who is living the Kingdom. Founder of Neck Ministries, his inspirational message of redemption penetrates the hearts of believers and motivates them to live righteous compassionate lives. His passion is to see the love of God reverse the effects of sin and sickness in the World. Weekly he is seeing people healed in meetings and out on the streets! As a result, he’s seen God heal Cancer, AIDS, Hepatitis C, Leukemia, Stroke, and more. No doubt you will walk away desiring more of what Dan has!
Tom Ruotolo
President & Founder of City Quake
After becoming a Christian at 19 while attending college at UNC-Chapel Hill, Tom was “full on” in his passion to tell others about the amazing love of God found in Jesus Christ! He went on to graduate from UNC and then Columbia International University with a Masters of Divinity and Certificate in Counseling. Tom moved back to his hometown in CT where he started Shoreline Christian Counseling, a ministry which grew to be one of the largest Christian Counseling Centers in New England.
At the same time, Tom pastored for 18 years and was instrumental in two church plants. In 2000, Tom came alongside Randy Clark and Global Awakening to plan and lead 39 international trips to 12 different countries. In 2006, Tom worked with Randy to begin the Global School of Supernatural Ministry and also served as its Director its first year.
Tom’s undying passion to see the body of Christ become more effective in reaching the lost propelled him to start Power and Love Ministries in 2007. From 2008 to 2019, there were 116 Power and Love 4 day events around the world, training up tens of thousands in a lifestyle of power evangelism. In 2016, Tom merged Power and Love Ministries with Lifestyle Christianity, the ministry of Todd White. During this time Tom worked with Todd to purchase a 13 million- dollar training center and begin what is now Lifestyle Christianity University and LCU Online.
Currently, Tom is the founder and President of City Quake, a ministry that comes alongside to consult with churches and ministries to help them articulate their vision and sharpen their execution. The Lord has downloaded to Tom a “next step” that takes all of the ingredients of a “Power and Love like” event and then multiplies it in a city over a two month campaign.

Art Thomas
Founder of Roots Church and Wildfire Ministries International
Art Thomas is a missionary-evangelist who travels the world to train and equip Christians for Spirit-filled ministry. He is the founder of Wildfire Ministries International—a global ministry that has spread the gospel to difficult regions, trained pastors, planted churches, and built a self-sustainable orphanage and primary school in rural Uganda. Art is the producer and director of Paid in Full, a film that has trained tens of thousands to minister healing in Jesus’ name, and he has authored several books. He is also the founding pastor at Roots Church in Metro Detroit. Art and his wife, Robin, live with their two boys, Josiah and Jeremiah, in Romulus, Michigan.
Chris Gore
Itinerant Speaker and Healing Minister
Chris Gore was a Pastor in New Zealand before moving to Redding, California in 2006. He was the Director of Healing Ministries for Bethel Church and returned to New Zealand in 2022. While having an unquenchable hunger for His Presence, Chris’ passion is to see ordinary saints walking in extraordinary exploits by releasing the kingdom through healing and miracles. Chris teaches and activates the church to walk in a kingdom mindset and the full inheritance that Jesus paid for. He is married and has three beautiful daughters.
Jamie Galloway
Founder of Jamie Galloway ministries
Jamie Galloway carries a revival message that imparts a lifestyle of the supernatural. After receiving a powerful encounter with God, Jamie Galloway immediately began an incredible journey into the supernatural. During this time, God began using Jamie in some very unusual ways while giving him a love for the word of God, and a rich level of communion with Jesus.
He ministers, speaking nationally and internationally, and is currently involved in various media projects that highlight the supernatural move of the Holy Spirit.
