WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All registrations are non-refundable. In the event is postponed, you will be given the opportunity for a full refund.
IS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?
If you honestly cannot afford City Quake but would still like to attend, please go to cityquake.org/fa to apply for financial assistance and let us know what amount you can afford. City Quake does not want anyone to miss out because of financial hardship.
I don't have a zip code and my credit card isn't working in Eventbrite's payment processor. What can I do to finish my registration?
You can put your postal code in the zip code field and it should work as normal. If for some reason it still isn’t working you can check out using PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to check out with PayPal. Choose PayPal as your checkout option then just under the sign in box you can click “Pay with credit or debit card” and it will allow you to check out without having a PayPal account.
